ARGENTINA - URUGUAY - CHILE ASANA YOGA VIDYA CLINIC 1. (In-person) Technical-practical clinic to delve into the construction, adaptation, and understanding of asanas. For 4 hours we will work on: (36 asanas) • Different ways of setting up and releasing postures • Postures of different qualities • Padavis (Positions) • Boundaries between asanas • Postural correction and ways to assist the practitioner • Relationship between posture and emotions Because an asana is not just a body position. The posture can also show us how we relate to stability, effort, balance, discomfort, control, surrender, permanence, and change. The goal of this clinic is not just to perfect physical execution, but to learn to observe, understand, and inhabit the posture as a Yoga experience. It is not just about doing a posture. It is about understanding what happens while we inhabit it.
