At Presidente Riesco 5685, Cívico Las Condes occupies a central place within that dynamic: a warm, spacious, and relaxed venue with a capacity for 180 people, featuring a dining room, bar, and terrace, and a remastered Chilean cuisine that adapts to different times of the day. The gastronomic proposal, led by Elizabeth Puquio, blends Chilean products, contemporary technique, and recognizable flavors. The menu opens with hot mariscal al pil-pil and goat cheese croquettes with romesco sauce; it continues with duck confit, mushroom risotto, or lamb with fava beans and mint. Desserts include wine nougat, chocolate mousse with coffee sabayon, and other personal takes on local classics. As evening falls, the bar and terrace change their tone.
