#AcoffeeBreak at @casaciencafe @casalarrainbravo ☕️👀 On the corner of San Ignacio de Loyola and Alonso de Ovalle stands the historic Casa Larraín Bravo, built in 1906 by the prolific Chilean architect Ricardo Larraín Bravo (the same author of the Basílica de los Sacramentinos and co-author of the Palacio Íñiguez). After a meticulous restoration and heritage recovery process, the mansion reopened its doors to the public, converted into a cultural space and specialty coffee shop (Casacien Café / Casa Larraín Bravo). The project seeks to "restore memory with a coffee," allowing visitors to freely explore its rooms with over 100 years of history. A gem to visit in the Barrio Dieciocho. They also have delicious pastries. Right diagonally across is the Iglesia de San Ignacio, a must-see historical monument in the area. 📍 Location: San Ignacio de Loyola 89 (corner of Alonso de Ovalle), Santiago Centro 🗓️ Year of construction: 1906 🏛️ Style and value: early 20th-century eclectic residential architecture, designed by Ricardo Larraín Bravo and classified as a Historical Conservation Property Have you visited this café yet?
