Erika cassanello · Kikartgallery We are so proud that Kika is once again part of Art Week Chile. Erika is a Chilean artist and one of those artists who are already part of the fair's family, and we love continuing to encounter her work in every edition. Furthermore, Kika has already been a winner of Art Week awards that have allowed her to take her work and exhibit outside of Chile, something that makes us especially happy and reflects the opportunities we seek to generate for our artists. Her work is developed through porcelain sculptures, where she fuses fragility and resistance in pieces of great strength and presence. We leave you with “Máscaras de raíz sagrada III”, one of her works, so you can get to know part of her proposal: “What we carry inside peeks out in every form. These pieces speak of my admiration for the native flora of northern Chile: its silent strength, its resistant beauty, its luminous resilience.
