We continue with the cycle of visits from Liceo Vargas Salcedo to the Fundación Salvador Allende. On this occasion, we once again welcomed students from the school, who were able to tour our spaces and learn about the history of the Unidad Popular government. During the day, they also learned about the work carried out by our Documentation Center, a space that safeguards and makes available various documents and materials linked to Salvador Allende. We thank the students and their teachers for their visit. #liceovargassalcedo #fundacionsalvadorallende #historiadechile #educationalvisit #chilean On the flyer: CULTURE AND EDUCATION “We conceive the educator as a social worker and an agent who is conscious and prepared for great changes, especially in the most depressed communities, where social and family improvement is a condition for efficient pedagogical work.” SPEECH DELIVERED BY SALVADOR ALLENDE ON JULY 25, 1971
