💙 Happy Senior Citizens Day! Today we greet all the seniors of Lo Barnechea, protagonists of a stage that is lived in motion here. Throughout the year we offer a wide variety of workshops: fun dance, yoga, folklore, weaving and meditation, baking and national cuisine, among many others. 💃🧘♀️ And it's no coincidence: that offer is born from listening to them, from what they ask for and what keeps them active, accompanied, and with a better quality of life. Because age does not define the limits to innovate, to keep growing, or to participate. 🙌 📍 For more information about workshops and activities for seniors, write to us (contact on their Instagram) or come to the Centro Día at Av.
