He was a student of K. Pattabhi Jois, creator of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. 🚀 Rocket 1 Inspired by the First Series of Ashtanga yoga. It works on hip openers, forward folds and strength. It also includes arm balances and inversions. 🚀🚀 Rocket 2 Works on chest openers as well as twists from the second series of Ashtanga. 🚀🚀🚀 Rocket 3 It is a combination of the two previous series (Rocket I and Rocket II) and is also known as “Happy Hour”, as it is also a time to challenge yourself and have a good time.
