THE PULSO LÍRICO WORKSHOP SCHOOL RETURNS IN OCTOBER 2026 Registration is now open for the workshop The Strabismic Image: a video-poem workshop, which will be taught by the renowned documentarian and professor Tiziana Panizza. The workshop is free, held within the framework of the Pulso Lírico Workshop School 2026, and is part of the programming for our fourth edition. _____________________________________ THE STRABISMIC IMAGE: VIDEO-POETRY WORKSHOP One eye reads poetry, the other prose. One eye sees, the other imagines. One eye recognizes, the other suspects. One eye looks at the center, the other at the margin. Unshoe, bifurcate. A video that does not describe the poem but acts as a matrix triggering images. “The Strabismic Image” is a workshop that proposes an audiovisual exploration of the text, perhaps in search of finding an unexpected coupling in what does not converge. A work with misalignment, the fragment where the poem is not illustrated, but rather coils, unfolds, and organizes a new fit in two simultaneous directions. _____________________________________ 🗓 When is the workshop?
