Good afternoon! We will start showing you who will be part of our 7th Meeting on Typography. Our first workshop is led by Gabriela Carrasco and Florencia González, Visual Artists and graduates of the Licenciatura en Arte UC. Both work as teaching assistants at the Pontificia Universidad Católica and have experience in learning methodologies. They currently conduct workshops under the name of the collective Matriz Itinerante, with experience in green printmaking, stamps, woodcut, and introductory printmaking for the general public. In their stamp workshop, participants will develop basic theoretical and practical knowledge of linocut printmaking by exploring the carving and printing of stamps, playing with the modular quality of the matrices and the repeatable characteristic of printmaking. ☝🏼We will soon publish all the forms for our workshops; remember that they are open to the general public upon registration and confirmation, as spots are limited.
