🔴 SPOTS SOLD OUT FOR THIS ACTIVITY ---- 🌿 Have you ever looked at the plants that grow in the mim park and wondered if any of them are edible? In October we are going to go out and discover them, identify them, talk about their stories and uses, and even take them to the kitchen! 🌱🍳 On October 17, 24, and 31, we invite you to participate in the Edible Wild Plants Workshop, together with Miquel Moya from @alimento.silvestre and Rosa Inaipil, lawentuchefe, naturopath, and resident of La Granja, who will incorporate the perspective of the Mapuche worldview and knowledge about plant medicine. 🌿 There will be three sessions to: 🌱 Recognize wild plants and native flora on a walk through the Bosque Adriana Hoffmann. 🧪 Learn about edible and aromatic plants at the Museo Sensorial. 🥒 Learn about fermentation and prepare our own ferments. 🍳 Cook with wild plants that grow at the mim. 🫓 And finish with a wild afternoon tea at the museum's cafeteria.
