Natural Actors Workshop The workshop is aimed both at people who have already participated in our training spaces and those who want to approach acting training for the first time. What will we work on? The training will be based on the Meisner technique, with special emphasis on presence, active listening, imagination, and connection with others. Through exercises and work dynamics, we will explore tools to approach the text and the scene from a more organic, available, and connected place, strengthening fundamental resources for acting and also for our daily communication. The process will be permeated by self-knowledge, understanding acting training as an opportunity to observe ourselves, recognize our resources, and expand our possibilities of expression. During the workshop, we will build a work process that will end with the creation of audiovisual material as a result of the experience and training developed.
