Catae Celebrates Vegetarian Cuisine 🌿 From October 1–9, Catae puts vegetables at the forefront with a special three-course menu created to explore them through technique, flavor, and creativity. Crispy tofu, red wine-glazed seitan, native potatoes, and legume-based preparations are among the dishes that will change throughout the week.
