As is now tradition, TEATRO NESCAFÉ DE LAS ARTES continues in 2026 with the broadcasts of the National Theatre Live cycle, works of the highest artistic quality produced by the National Theatre of London. Description Jack Lowden, Olivier Award winner (“Slow horses”, “Dunkirk”), joins Martin Freeman, Emmy and BAFTA winner (“The Hobbit”, “The responder”) in the acclaimed and subversively funny new play by David Ireland. After years in the Twelve Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, James becomes sponsor to Luka, a newcomer. The two bond over black coffee, share stories and forge a fragile friendship from their shared experiences. But as Luka approaches the fifth step (the moment of confession), dangerous truths come to light that threaten the trust on which their respective recoveries depend. Finn den Hertog directs this provocative and entertaining production, filmed live from @sohoplace in London's West End. Duration: 87 minutes (no intermission) Delayed broadcast with Spanish subtitles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLV4Ho-eCTo National Theatre Live 2026 Cycle Fleabag
