The project organically integrates the principles of acrobatics, floor work, and somatic dance techniques. Throughout the sessions, the body is approached as an interconnected system in constant change. The workshop focuses on providing tools and technical foundations that balance high-impact physical action with anatomical care and motor efficiency, expanding the range of motion in different contexts and minimizing the risk of injury. + Info and registration via DM !📨 👁NOTICE!!👁 Starting in October, NODOS V2 will take place at Espacio Aiquia. The MOVIMIENTO ORBITAL practice was invited by Aiquia to showcase a choreographic creation that will be formed through the language and material worked on in the classes!
