In this new edition of Perspectiva, we invite you to a special cycle dedicated to the shared reading of Chilean theater. To begin, we will discuss the work of Compañía Bonobo, whose creations sharply problematize power and democracy. Over the course of three sessions, we will address the Trilogía de la barbarie –composed of Dónde viven los bárbaros, Tú amarás, and Temis– reading one play per meeting. We will close the process with an open dialogue between the workshop participants and Bonobo, a direct bridge that will take us from the page to the stage to meet the artists face-to-face. We start on Thursday, November 5, at 19:30, at the bookstore @laquiltra.cl (Miraflores 620, Santiago Centro). The cost for the full cycle is $45,000. Inquiries and registrations are open via direct message or email (contact on their Instagram) 🌱 With these readings, we also celebrate a decade of Perspectiva exploring diverse genres, writings, and latitudes. 🎭 We thank @oximoronediciones, which has published @bonobo_teatro and other fundamental texts of our scene. 🌌 The beautiful poster, inspired by the scenographic design of one of the plays… On the flyer: Workshop THEATRICAL READINGS Trilogía de la barbarie Compañía Bonobo November to December In-person | Santiago.
