In this version, produced by Roberto Armijo, directed by Gonzalo Tapia, with choreography by Catalina Pincheira and musical direction by Sebastián Baeza, you will be able to enjoy a play that is part of our country's history and culture. Since its premiere in 1960, La Pérgola de las Flores has become a true cultural phenomenon, portraying with humor and sensitivity the social changes that marked Chile in the late 1920s. 🌸 The story revolves around the threat of demolition of the traditional San Francisco flower market to make way for urban progress, pitting florists, students, and workers against the capital's elite. In the midst of this conflict, Carmela, a young peasant girl who has just arrived in the city, becomes a key piece for the fate of the flower market and those who fight to protect it. 🎭 We look forward to seeing you at Teatro Ca… On the flyer: La Pérgola de las Flores.
