🌌 What sound would a collision between two black holes have? 🕳️🕳️ Can we turn the waves produced when these gigantic cosmic objects meet into music? Those who visit us this Sunday, October 11, will be able to be part of the launch of “Kosmófono: science and music of gravitational waves”, an interactive experience that connects science, music, and artistic creation to bring us closer to the fascinating world of black holes and gravitational waves. 🌌🎶🔭 🔬 Kosmófono proposes approaching these phenomena not only from a scientific explanation but also from experimentation and creation. Through different interactive stations, you will be able to ask questions about black holes and gravitational waves. You will also be able to create pairs of black holes from a simulation of the Universe, observe how their orbits evolve, and, at the same time, listen to the gravitational wave produced by their collision. 🕳️💥🎧 👩🚀👨🔬 The Kosmófono team is made up of physicists, mathematicians, musicians, designers, and artists: Vicente Atal @andinia.silbante, Gonzalo Palma, Daniela Bennett @danirebe98, Mai Claro @maiclearwork, Manuel Lopez, and Alice A… On the flyer: Launch 11 to 18:00 Kosmófono: science and music of gravitational waves 11.10.26
