Guatemala, color and tradition Today the opening ceremony of this exhibition was held, presented by the Embassy of Guatemala in Chile and the Museo Histórico y Centro Cultural de Carabineros de Chile. The ceremony began with a minute of silence in memory of our institutional martyr, Jaime Ariel Urrea Burgos (R.I.P.), as an expression of respect and recognition for his dedication to service. The event featured remarks by the Cultural Center coordinator, Gabriel Millas Riedemann, and the Ambassador of Guatemala in Chile, Wendel Arriaza Ayala, in addition to a musical performance by the Orquesta de Cámara del Orfeón Nacional. The exhibition “Guatemala, color and tradition” brings together diverse expressions of Guatemalan cultural heritage: Mayan clothing, Giant Kites, and a photographic exhibition of Holy Week in Guatemala, bringing the public closer to the identity, traditions, and expressions of faith of its people. The exhibition will be available until October 30 at the Centro Cultural Carabineros de Chile, Vasconia 1605, Providencia. Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 9:00 to 16:00. Free entry. #GuatemalaColorYTradición #PatrimonioCul… On the flyer: CARABINEROS DE CHILE, MUSEO HISTÓRICO CENTRO CULTURAL.
