Learn to teach with Air Yoga Integral Flow®: a method that integrates fluidity, breathing, and body awareness in every transition. During the training, you will work on how to organize a class, design sequences, provide assists, and adapt the practice to different bodies and levels. You will have space to practice teaching and develop your teaching resources.
