On Saturday, September 26, we participated in the activity "Let's Paint the Facade of Escuela Viva Peumayen Together," in Barrio Yungay, as part of the Fiesta @yungayfloreceenprimavera 2026 The initiative was born from a conversation between Escuela Viva Peumayen, Centro Cultural El Cucurucho, the Barrio Yungay Neighborhood Association, and Escuela Taller Fermín Vivaceta, who agreed a few months ago to support the effort to paint the school, after having obtained the permit from the National Monuments Council. A beautiful community day that managed to complete 80% of the goal of painting the entire facade. Great work, an example that community power achieves progress for neighbors. Special thanks to @museotaller who also joined in on the day. Congratulations to everyone who collaborated, and we will soon move forward with a second day to finish. ************" In the flyer: Let's Paint the Facade of Escuela Viva Peumayen Together
