SAFA arrives at CIMA + SPECIFIC. From October 6 to 11, Santiago activates with the first Santiago Art Week, @safa_stgo, bringing together spaces, artists, and projects from the city in a special program of exhibitions, meetings, and free activities. In this context, we open our doors at Merced 22, 11th floor, with a special program around ¿Qué sueña la Muerte? (What does Death dream of?), a solo exhibition by Paula Valenzuela Antúnez, curated by Camila Alegría Zenteno and Daniel Aguayo Mozó. The exhibition proposes an approach to death as a territory of transformation, memory, and transit, exploring that which remains between the visible and the invisible. PROGRAM WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7 · 18:00 – 20:00 CHRONOLOGIES OF THE INVISIBLE: Talk about the exhibition with Paula Valenzuela Antúnez [@paulavalenzuelaantunez] and Fernanda Urrejola [@ferurrejola] THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8 · 17:00 – 20:00 SPECIAL OPENING: We open our space to visit the exhibition. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9 · 18:00 – 20:00 INSIDE [INFORMAL CONVERSATION ON PROCESSES]: An open instance for dialogue and mediation around ¿Qué sueña la Muerte?, to talk about the processes behind the exhibition… On the flyer: SPECIFIC CMA BICE SAFA A new festival that invites you to explore Santiago and its cultural program.
