Through movement, a provocative and careful approach to the body is proposed, enhancing singularities and the construction of community from the encounter with others. The practice is developed through guided explorations, improvisation, and body games that address contact, coordination, articulation, perception of weight, and the flow of movement. These experiences are sustained by the understanding of the human being as a curious, sensitive species in constant transformation, which expresses and relates from the body, thought, and energy. 👥 TARGET AUDIENCE Practice designed for all types of people with curiosity about movement. 📍 We look forward to seeing you at Espacio Vitrina!
