Denise Lira Ratinoff · "Common House: 100 years of National Parks" Galería Patricia Ready invites you to visit Common House: 100 years of National Parks, an exhibition at the Centro Cultural La Moneda curated by Catalina Ossa Holmgren, in which Denise Lira Ratinoff participates. In 1926, the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, the oldest in Chile, was created. One hundred years later, the country has more than one hundred protected areas that safeguard a large part of the 88 ecosystems of the national territory. The exhibition proposes a journey through the history of conservation in Chile and the diversity of its ecosystems, inviting you to approach them through observation, listening, scents, and contemplation. Denise Lira Ratinoff and Patricio Aguilar Díaz present BREATHE. Dialogue with Nature, a 10-minute audiovisual work accompanied by a 23-minute sound composition that sets the atmosphere for the entire Cultural Center. Forests, rivers, and oceans invite you to pause and perceive rhythms, presences, and relationships that usually go unnoticed: a moment of connection that reminds us that we are part of the same web of life that these territories safeguard.
