New find: 100% gluten-free cafeteria in Peñalolén! We have a recommendation for you fresh out of the oven... a few days ago @bolyonia__cafe opened its doors, located at Av. Las Perdices 4000, local 16, Peñalolén, with a menu completely suitable for celiacs. Thanks to the invitation from Dani and Alex (who brought this venture to life as they are parents of celiac children), we went to check out this beautiful place, with comfortable spaces, specialty coffee, pet-friendly, and delicious sweet and savory options... we had the privilege of trying: * Classic Ciabatta sandwich (cherry tomato, cheese, and arugula) * Salami + cream cheese + basil Ciabatta sandwich * Cheesecake * Lemon pie * Brownie * New York cookie * Delicias Honestly, everything was delicious... so go ahead and try the entire menu at this 100% gluten-free spot at Av.
