2 steps to become Russian. The second one: eating potatoes for dessert 🥔 Everyone knows I'm Russian, but I wasn't always like this. Step 1: a Raf, the most famous Russian coffee. Espresso, cream, and vanilla whipped together. It was invented in Moscow in the 90s for a customer named Rafael, who didn't drink black coffee. Step 2: a Kartoshka, a Russian dessert from my childhood. Chocolate shaped like a potato. Yes, in Russia, potatoes are dessert.
