A Founder with good judgment is always building. Regardless of recognition. Because what we value most at the end of it all is seeing how we are capable of surpassing ourselves. Recognition may or may not come, and whatever the case, we don't sit around waiting for anything. Because all the work was done behind the scenes. This is the part that no one sees and that only we value. The worry, the work, and the fear that lasts for months versus the 2 hours on stage or, in my case, the 12 hours of the festival. These are challenging weeks for me; I have to be very mentally strong in this final stretch. This is when I truly see how great I can be to hold it all together! So when you see me on stage on October 24, always remember that managing to get us all together there was VERY DIFFICULT. Everything is flowing! But the responsibility is greater every year and it's very tiring!!! But don't worry, it all goes away when we are giving it our all at that big party 🍾 Love you all! #founders #businessfestival #womenentrepreneurs
