We are happy to announce the exhibition “Lo que quedó sobre la mesa - mapa de un encuentro” by artist María Carlos @mc_coloridas We invite you to the opening on Friday, October 1 from 19:00 at Espacio La Cochera. The exhibition starts from the collective. A table on the street, 14 neighbors from Barrio Yungay, and the drawings they left behind after lunch. “Lo que quedó sobre la mesa” turns a real encounter into an exhibition that you walk through as if we were walking on the same table. What remains after eating is not clutter: it is memory. The artist has been drawing that moment for years. In this residency, 14 perspectives from Barrio Yungay will be added, and the exhibition turns the hallway of La Cochera into the table itself, so that the visitor can walk through it and literally put themselves in someone else's shoes. MC Coloridas is a visual artist and muralist from Iquique, based in Santiago.
