Spanish school for foreigners in Providencia. Their website is in German and French. They host a 'group tandem' on Fridays from 19:00 to 20:30 between their Spanish students and their Chilean students of English and Portuguese, followed by a 'Tandem Stammtisch' from 20:45 at a bar in the neighborhood. Another source also mentions exchanges on Thursdays.
