Milonga Callejera is an outdoor, free, and self-managed tango practice held on Saturdays at the Café Literario in Parque Bustamante (Metro Baquedano, Providencia). It offers an open class for beginners and music with a DJ; you can go alone, without prior registration, and it is open to the general public.
